About the Client:

Our client is one of the largest health insurance providers in the US, on a mission to redefine care management and enhance member experiences. A Fortune 500 company, the client continuously creates innovative solutions and resources that fulfill healthcare needs.
The Problem

The client struggled with multiple issues in managing its member experience. Their member data was scattered across disparate systems, limited visibility and hindered insight into member health. Inadequate communication within the care team compounded this issue, while the absence of a secure repository for member interactions created data management challenges. Efficient task allocation, personalized communication channels, and automated health assessments were also lacking. Enabling both online and offline work for care managers was also a challenge because of technical feasibility. Inconsistencies between pharmacy and care data led to poor medication management and the difficulty of generating accurate reports further impeded informed decision-making throughout the care process.

Infoglen Empowers Education in Gurugram
At Infoglen, social responsibility is at the heart of everything we do. This month, our Gurugram team partnered with Chetna NGO, making a real difference in the lives of underprivileged children.
Chetna operates 11 centers across Gurugram, providing vital education and skills training to help children from disadvantaged backgrounds reintegrate into mainstream schools. Our team visited one such center near Vatika Chowk, interacting with the Chetna team, school staff, and the children themselves.
We were inspired by the NGO's dedication and the enthusiasm of the children. Chetna offers after-school tutoring and mentorship programs for children who are admitted into formal education, ensuring these children continue to receive the resources they need to thrive. To further support their educational journeys, Infoglen donated school uniforms to 15 students who recently secured admissions in regular schools.
By collaborating with Chetna, Infoglen was able to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged students, doing our bit to ensure their successful education.

Going Green: Three Years of Tree Planting
We're thrilled to share that Infoglen has once again partnered with 'IAmGurgaon' for its third annual tree planting initiative in Gurugram, India! This year, we joined forces to contribute to the creation of The Aravali Creek, a beautiful new community walking path filled with lush greenery. ​It was an incredible day filled with a shared commitment to environmental sustainability.
Our team rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty, planting saplings that will soon transform the area. Beyond the physical act of planting, this event was a valuable opportunity to learn about the crucial role of trees in our ecosystem and the steps we can take to protect them.
This partnership aligns perfectly with Infoglen’s dedication to fostering a greener future. By participating in initiatives like these, we not only contribute to environmental conservation but also strengthen our bond as a team. We're incredibly proud of our employees for their enthusiasm and commitment to making a positive impact.
This annual tree planting activity is part of Infoglen’s Reforestation Project that started as a fundraiser with the US-based organization One Tree Planted. Over the last three years, Infoglen has raised funds to plant over 3700 trees across different parts of the world. You too can support the fundraiser and be a part of the movement to rebuild forests for generations to come!
