Platinum Pathway

Embracing AI in 2025 to Scale to the Summit

Dear Infogleners,

The technology industry is on the cusp of extraordinary possibilities, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is at the forefront of this transformation. AI is revolutionizing work, problem-solving, and value creation, and we are strategically shifting our focus towards AI-powered Salesforce solutions to solve our customer’s problems.

In 2025 we are going to focus on building solutions that leverage AI like Einstein GPT, Salesforce AI Cloud, Data Cloud and custom AI solutions and Loyalty Cloud solutions to deliver unprecedented value. This isn't just another technology trend – it's a fundamental reimagining of what's possible within the Salesforce platform and beyond.

Co-Founder & COO

Traditional methods of incremental improvement are giving way to AI-powered solutions that can analyze vast datasets, identify patterns, and generate insights at unprecedented speeds. Companies are no longer limited by human cognitive capabilities alone; they are looking to be augmented by intelligent systems that can process information around the clock, learning and improving with each interaction.

But our ability to scale depends on delivering consistent value while expanding our reach. AI is key to achieving this balance.

Our Center of Excellence team is already focusing on developing pre-built AI components for common Salesforce use cases and customer challenges. These solutions will significantly reduce implementation time while delivering sophisticated capabilities that previously required months of custom development. The COE team is also working on AI based product ideas.

To support this vision, we're calling on each team member to:

  1. Expand Our Expertise: Continuously enhance our skills in AI and Salesforce innovative technologies through trailheads, certifications, and hands-on projects with the COE team.

  2. Strengthen Client Relationships: Act as trusted advisors who understand and anticipate our clients’ evolving needs, ensuring they see us as indispensable partners in their success.

  3. Foster Innovation: Encourage every team member to think creatively and propose new ideas. Innovation is not just about technology; it’s about finding better ways to solve problems and deliver value.

  4. Collaborate with Purpose: Work as one cohesive team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to achieve collective success. Our shared vision is what will propel us forward.

The real power of our approach lies in how we combine AI technology with human expertise. For Example, when we implemented an AI-driven customer service solution for a financial services client, we shouldn’t  just automate responses – we created an intelligent system that knows when to engage human agents for complex issues. The result? Customer satisfaction increased by 40%, while service costs decreased by 35%.

Goals for 2025: Reaching New Milestones

  • Revenue Growth and Client Retention: We aim to exceed our revenue targets this year by exploring high-potential AI-driven markets, optimizing operations, and enhancing client satisfaction. Proactively addressing client needs and delivering consistent value will strengthen relationships and ensure long-term loyalty.

  • Pathway to Platinum: Another new goal we are setting for ourselves is to achieve Salesforce Platinum Partnership status, showcasing our expertise and commitment. This milestone will unlock larger projects, closer collaboration with Salesforce, and elevate our position in the industry with a stronger presence within the ecosystem.

I firmly believe that the future of Salesforce consulting lies not in implementing more features, but in creating smarter, more intuitive systems that truly understand and adapt to business needs. Our commitment to AI isn't just about staying competitive – it's about redefining what's possible for our clients. We're not just keeping pace with change – we're driving it.

The road ahead is filled with opportunities for bold ideas and transformative solutions. Together, let’s embrace these challenges, elevate our capabilities, and make 2025 a year marked by seamless execution, meaningful impact, and industry leadership. Thank you for your creativity, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Approach for Sustainable Growth

Infoglen is a Salesforce partner that helps organizations harness the power of innovation and drive sustainable growth. We believe that this creates a ripple effect of benefits for individuals and economies. We are committed to exploring new opportunities and building relationships that will stimulate further growth for all.

How do we do it? In this article, we will unpack Infoglen’s fourth core value -

Market Growth: Grow current & new markets to generate opportunities for people & economy.

This core value lays down our multifaceted approach to sustainable market growth: strengthening existing customer loyalty by exceeding expectations, expanding into new markets, and focusing on organizational and individual capabilities.

Customer Loyalty & Long-term Relationships

One key aspect of growing current markets is nurturing long-term relationships with clients, particularly small and medium-sized companies. We understand that as these businesses evolve and expand, their needs and requirements change. By working closely with them, we ensure ongoing support and innovative solutions to match their growing needs. As a result, our projects and business with small and medium-sized companies have grown over time. We take pride in the fact that 80% of our business is repeat business. These businesses consistently turn to us for new projects and requirements, relying on our expertise to drive their growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize their potential.

Expanding Horizons

Expanding into new markets requires adaptability, cultural understanding, and a keen sense of market dynamics. We showcased these as well as our commitment to growing new markets when we recently expanded our business operations to Dubai. Recognizing the region's vast potential for growth and the increasing demand for innovative Salesforce solutions, we not only tapped into a new market but also enabled organizations in Dubai to leverage the power of Salesforce technology to drive their success.

Thriving Amidst Challenges

In times of economic downturn or uncertainty, businesses often face challenges that can impede their growth. However, our commitment to expanding current markets proved resilient even during such difficult periods. Despite a season of layoffs and a prevailing recession at the end of 2022, the company managed to grow its business.

Investing in the development of human capital and building organizational capabilities is crucial for a sustained growth trajectory. This approach includes attracting top talent, providing training and development opportunities, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, empowering employees, and aligning organizational structures and processes to support growth initiatives.

With Salesforce, we empower organizations to unlock their full potential, fuel economic growth, and create opportunities for people. This, along with our dedication to expanding markets, investing in individuals and systems in our organization, and building customer loyalty, helps us become catalysts of sustainable and meaningful growth. As we navigate an increasingly interconnected world, our commitment to growth remains integral to shaping a future that is both prosperous and inclusive.

Streamlining Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for Google Cloud

google-cloud-icon-2048x1288-h9qynww8.png

About The Client

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a suite of cloud computing services offered by Google that provides a series of modular cloud services including computing, data storage, data analytics, and machine learning, alongside a set of management tools. The CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) project was undertaken for GCP to optimize their Document Management process.

Problem

bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png

Google needed a more efficient and automated process for generating and managing various contract types in B2B sales.

Manual document review and approval processes were slow and resource-intensive, leading to delays in finalizing contracts.

The system had to accommodate complex contract types, such as Framework and Transactional contracts, which required customization based on customer profiles, regions, and product types.

Google also needed an efficient method for eSignature management and handling redlined documents.

Some deals couldn’t be signed electronically, so there was a need for an offline upload process.

The Solution

bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png
bulletpoiint-black.png

Solution Automated Document Generation: Conga templates were created to automate document generation for quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring faster and more accurate documents tailored to specific customer profiles. The system automatically selected the correct templates based on customer metadata, such as region, product set, and contract type.

Streamlined Internal Review Process: Documents were initially generated with draft watermarks and sent for internal reviews by teams like Finance, Legal, and Compliance, significantly reducing delays. Once the reviews were complete, documents were finalized and free from watermarks, ready for customer distribution.

Agreement Generation Wizard: Once a quote was approved, the seller could use an “Agreement Generation Wizard” to generate contracts with the correct templates based on customer demographics and products purchased. The wizard allowed sellers to update billing and shipping information directly within the quote.

eSignature Management with DocuSign: DocuSign was integrated for eSignatures, allowing real-time tracking of signing statuses. The solution provided flexibility for managing multiple signatories in any order, and sellers could even recall envelopes if changes needed to be made.

Redlining for Customization: For deals that required a tailored approach, sellers could edit drafts to meet customer-specific requirements. These redlined documents were then sent for internal review.

Offline Uploads for Non-electronic Signatures: When customers couldn’t sign electronically, the offline upload feature allowed documents to be manually signed and uploaded to Salesforce. Internal teams ensured compliance and that the necessary requirements were met.
