POSH Update
The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013, mandates that every organization with more than ten employees must establish an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to investigate complaints of sexual harassment. The ICC ensures that all complaints are handled promptly and confidentially.

We're excited to share that we've teamed up with a new collaborator for our ICC this year. Joining us is Ms. Beatrice Fernandes, a seasoned PoCSO and certified POSH expert with over 15 years of corporate experience. She also is a certified and accredited Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives by overcoming obstacles and unlocking their innate potential and her expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and fair operation of our ICC.

At Infoglen we are committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and inclusive workplace for everyone. As part of this commitment, we’ve uploaded a comprehensive POSH training module on Eduglen, accessible via Infohub. This module covers essential guidelines and practices related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace.

We encourage all employees to complete this training to deepen your understanding of our POSH policy and to strengthen the respectful culture we aim to maintain. Remember, upholding these values is a shared responsibility that contributes to a positive work environment for all.

NCR Confluence
Infoglen Confluence: October 2024
On October 24th and 25th, Infoglen came alive with its much-anticipated annual team connect—Infoglen Confluence. This vibrant gathering united team members from across the organization for two days of inspiration, learning, and celebration. Leading up to this event was an intensive week-long leadership summit focused on strategic discussions around our company’s vision, delivery excellence, leadership development, and three-year growth plan.

The event kicked off with powerful talks by our CEO, Haroon Ahmad, and the leadership team. They inspired us to think boldly about Infoglen’s future and the endless possibilities ahead. A highlight of the event was an engaging session by Mr. Manoj Chugh, a technology luminary, who shared his deep insights on leadership, AI, and the importance of lifelong learning.

Adding to the excitement, our Head of COE, Chandan Prusty, captivated the audience with his expertise in Salesforce, Data Science, and Java. He demonstrated how AI is transforming workflows across various departments, unlocking new levels of efficiency and innovation, and shared valuable lessons from his extensive experience in the tech industry.

Innovation Champion Award Update: A Growing Wave of Creativity!
We’re excited to announce that the Infoglen Innovation Champion Program is gaining great momentum with 8 creative submissions so far! These ideas, both technical and non-technical, reflect our team's diverse talent and innovative spirit.

The technical ideas focus on enhancing AI-driven insights and optimizing data processes, while the non-technical ones aim to improve team collaboration, boost employee engagement, and address environmental impact.
